2. What data we collect and why

a) Server log files

Each page request writes the following to our host’s log:

• IP address
• Date & time
• Requested file / URL
• Referrer (if sent)
• Browser & operating‑system info

The data are held for up to seven days to ensure security and troubleshoot errors (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

b) Analytics (Umami)

We run cookieless Umami analytics. It stores only anonymised, non‑personal usage statistics on our server (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). No cross‑site tracking or user profiles are created.

c) Contacting us

Emails or phone calls you initiate contain the personal data you choose to send. We process them solely to handle your request (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).

3. Data disclosure

Personal data leave the EU/EEA only if required to operate our email or hosting services and always under GDPR‑compliant contracts (Art. 46 GDPR).

4. Security

Transport encryption (HTTPS) is enforced site‑wide. Additional technical and organisational measures protect our infrastructure against loss or unauthorised access.

5. Cookies & tracking

No cookies, pixels or fingerprinting technologies are used.
